Surf's Up South Shore is owned by my sister, Vanetta Roy and her fiancé, Michael McDowell. This is a small 1000 sf restaurant space in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago and is mostly takeout with the exception of a small countertop for diners. Surf's Up South Shore was opened on August 1, 2014, and since then has become a staple in Chicago's South Shore Community.
